Al-Mujtahid: Journal of Islamic Family Law

Al-Mujtahid: Journal of Islamic Family Law, bearing the registration numbers ISSN 2809-2805 (Print) and ISSN 2809-0756 (Online), stands as a scholarly platform published biannually by the Family Law Program (Akhwal Syaksiyah) within the Faculty of Shariah at the State Islamic Institute of Manado (IAIN) Manado. It operates in collaboration with the Association of Islamic Family Law Lecturers, Indonesia (ADHKI).

Al-Mujtahid: Journal of Islamic Family Law serves as an important link between Family Law and Islamic Law on an international scale. It invites contributions from scholars and practitioners worldwide in the fields of Family Law and Islamic jurisprudence. The journal aims to advance discussions and disseminate research findings relating to Islamic Family Law issues, transcending geographical boundaries.

Prospective authors, irrespective of geographical location, are urged to meticulously review the journal's Author Guidelines before submitting their manuscripts. I'Tisham: Journal of Islamic Law and Economics terbit dua kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember. Al-'Aqdu: Journal of Islamic Economics Law is registered with the ISSN number 2807-7830 (Print) and ISSN 2807-7342 (Online). It is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year in June and December by the Shariah Economics Law Study Program, Faculty of Shariah, at the State Islamic Institute of Manado (IAIN Manado) in collaboration with Association of Sharia Economic Law Study Programs and Lecturers in Indonesia. Al-'Aqdu: Journal of Islamic Economics Law is a communication medium between Shariah and Economic Law. The journal invites activists and experts in Shariah Economics Law and Economic Law to contribute their research findings related to the issues of Shariah Economics Law and Economic Law.

Jurnal Ilmiah Al-Syir’ah, with registered number ISSN 1693-4202 (Print), ISSN 2528-0368 (Online) is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year in June and December by Faculty of Sharia, State Islamic Institute of Manado (IAIN Manado) in collaboration with Association of Islamic Family Law Lecturers, Indonesia (ADHKI).

The journal is dedicated to promoting the understanding and exploration of the evolution of Islamic law in response to social and cultural transformations within various Muslim societies. Since 2020, Jurnal Ilmiah Al-Syir’ah's focus has been on highlighting how Islamic law adapts and evolves concerning socio-cultural changes. It aims to provide a platform for researchers, scientists, and academics to contribute their findings and insights related to Islamic law's response to socio-cultural transformations, encompassing areas such as family law, economic law, customary law, minority rights, Islamic law in contemporary settings, and the intersection of gender and religion. Through this platform, the journal facilitates the dissemination of research findings and knowledge-sharing among the wider scientific community, contributing to the advancement of understanding in this field internationally.

Jurnal Ilmiah Al-Syir’ah has been accredited by National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) Managed by Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Republic Indonesia with Second Grade (Sinta 2) since  2019 to 2024 according to the decree No. 85/M/KPT/2020. 

Jurnal Ilmiah Al-Syir'ah is a Communication Media between Sharia and Law Scholars (Law, Islamic Law, Sharia Economic Law, and Social Society). Jurnal Ilmiah Al-Syir'ah invites enthusiasts and experts in Islamic Law and Legal Sciences to write or disseminate research results relating to Sharia and Law issues.

Potret Pemikiran

Portret Pemikiran is an international journal published twice a year by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M) Institut Agama Islam Negeri ( IAIN) Manado in collaboration with the Center for the Study of Muslim Communities in Minahasa (PS3M). The Potret Pemikiran Journal has specifically focused its scope on Social-Religious Thought across various fields such as philosophy, Sufism, religious politics, and the social conditions of religion. This journal welcomes contributions from diverse disciplines, cultivating a diversity of perspectives. Some of the key topics covered include cultural interactions and traditions, power dynamics and social structures, media and propaganda analysis, gender studies, contemporary issues, ethnographic studies, as well as Islamic thought and ethics. These issues are universal in nature, traversing geographical boundaries; and discussing fundamental human concerns. Thus, it can be affirmed that the scope of the Potret Pemikiran Journal encompasses global perspectives on the dynamics of human thought and society. Tasharruf: Journal Economics and Business of Islam has been accredited by National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) Managed by Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Republic Indonesia with Fourth Grade (Sinta 4) since 2020 to 2022 according to the decree No. 200/M/KPT/2020.

Tasharruf: Journal Economics and Business of Islam is a publication forum for scientific journals related to Islamic economics and business (economic journals). The manuscripts sent to the editor of the Tasharruf journal will be considered, which meets several criteria as follows:

1. Scientific in nature, in the form of original contemporary study problems and is a summary of the results of research / surveys that are considered to be able to contribute to the development of studies, especially in the sphere of Islamic economic thought.

2. Submitted manuscripts are manuscripts that have never been published in other publishers / media.

3. Manuscripts written in Indonesian or English that are in accordance with the rules of writing Indonesian / English that are appropriate and correct.
